I worked with other innovators, and made a plan with the party planners. We planned to play some games about the short story unit, for example, Jeopardy and crossword puzzles. However, since we didn’t know when to do what we had planned, such as games, we couldn’t work as we had planned during the class.

My Idea for this Job would be fairly simple: We could use a Form of rewarding-system for correct answers. This could be chocolate or anything like that (No money). This might encourage more participation in class.
